THE PURPOSE
Delta Sigma Pi is a professional fraternity organized to foster the study of business in universities; to encourage scholarship, social activity and the association of students for their mutual advancement by research and practice; to promote closer affiliation between the commercial world and students of commerce, and to further a higher standard of commercial ethics and culture and the civic and commercial welfare of the community.

Professional development is central to Delta Sigma Pi, offering members opportunities to explore career paths through networking, alumni mentorship, and industry engagement. These experiences help brothers identify their strengths, refine their goals, and prepare to make meaningful contributions to business and society.
Community service
Community service is a core part of our chapter’s mission, reflecting Delta Sigma Pi’s dedication to giving back to the Chapel Hill community. We support local causes through fundraisers and events, including work with The Literacy Initiative and the Ronald McDonald House. Recently, we've expanded efforts to mentor local high school students, offering guidance as they explore their futures. These experiences help our brotherhood grow in empathy, leadership, and purpose.
